Funding

High quality, theatrical arts education and staging live theare are costly. These costs include the securing of knowledgeable teachers, set materials, the latest in lighting and audio equipment, royalties,supplies for costumes theatre rental, props, printing, and much, much more. To keep ticket prices at a level where all members of the community can see the results of all the hard work, ticket revenues do not cover the the cost of the production. The City of Buena Park provides partial financial support even though youth from all over Southern California participate. Private contributions are needed to match the public funding in order to provide the top quality productions that have become the hallmark of this program.
